constisting of SparkleServer, SparkleGUI, Sparkle Army Knife and several 3rd party libraries.
Download the .zip file, unzip to a subdirectory of your choice. Files will extract to specified subdirectory and 3rdparty/ (a subdirectory thereof). Do not change the filenames of the subdirectory or any of the files therein. Launch the application you want by double-clicking the appropriate .jar file in the root folder (they depend on several 3rd party libraries inside the 3rdparty/ folder). Alternatively (better, as you will see debugging messages on stdout) launch the .jar file from the command line by changing into the directory and typing 'java -jar XXXX.jar'.
